Ksenija Jermakova
Ksenija Jermakova studied classical dance at the Ballet Department of the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art where her teachers included Deimantė Karpušenkovienė, Jolanta Vymerytė, and Audronė Domeikienė. She has also honed her skills in the classical dance seminars and master classes led by Jurgita Dronina (2018), Albert Mirzoyan, and Richard d’Alton (2019). In 2019, she made her debut at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre as the Fairy Godmother in Prokofiev’s Cinderella (chor. by Enno Suve) and member of the Corps de ballet in the Kingdom of the Shades scene of Minkus’s La Bayadère (chor. by Marius Petipa).
Since 2020, she has been member of the Klaipėda State Music Theatre ballet company where she has appeared in dance performances In the Shadow of the Altars (chor. by Aurelijus Liškauskas), Eglė, Queen of the Grass Snakes (chor. by Martynas Rimeikis), and Faust (chor. by Robert Bondara). In 2021, she appeared as a soloist in the production of Stabat Mater and member of the corps in Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring (chor. by Edward Clug) premiered during the 1st International Klaipėda Festival.
In 2021, she took part in the SOLO Contemporary Dance Festival in Ankara, where she performed Gaj Žmavc’s choreography Starfall to his own music.
