TICKET PURCHASE

  • Monday – closed
  • Tuesday – 10:30–18:30 (lunch break 14:00–15:00)
  • Wednesday to Saturday – 9:30–18:30 (lunch break 14:00–15:00)
  • Sunday – one hour before the event, if an event is scheduled.

Tickets are available online at https://klaipedosmuzikinis.lt or at the theatre box office, located at Danės g. 19, Klaipėda.

When buying tickets online or at the box office, you’ll be asked to provide your email and other personal details. This allows us to send you updates and changes (if any) regarding the event, and your purchased tickets will be sent to your email.

Some events at Klaipėda Musical Theatre are organized by external promoters renting the venue. The theatre does not sell tickets for these events.

No, you can show the ticket on your phone. Make sure the barcode is clearly visible and scannable. If you’re unsure about screen brightness or barcode visibility, we recommend printing the ticket on white paper.

Children under 6 years old can attend free of charge if they do not occupy a separate seat.

Student discounts are not applied to children’s events, as these events already have lower pricing.

The theatre uses dynamic pricing, meaning ticket prices may vary depending on seat availability. We recommend purchasing tickets early.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, or in cases of force majeure.

ARRIVING AT THE THEATRE

Theatre doors open 1 hour before the event.

Auditorium doors open 15 minutes before the event.

Give the flowers to the ushers upon arrival and write the recipient’s name on a special card.

Children under 6 are not admitted to evening events. We welcome young audiences at children’s performances.

After the third bell, latecomers are not admitted to the auditorium out of respect for performers and other guests. You may watch a live stream of the performance in the foyer on the ground floor.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

  • 100% discount for wheelchair users and their personal assistants
  • 100% discount for children with disabilities
  • 70% discount one hour before the event with valid ID
  • 50% discount for those with 0–25% work capacity
  • 30% discount for those with 30–55% work capacity

Students of Klaipėda performing arts schools (with valid ID, only at the box office), wheelchair users and their assistants, other personal assistants accompanying disabled persons, and children with disabilities.

No. Food and drinks are only allowed in the theatre café, located on all three floors.

After the third bell, spectators without a ticket or valid discount ID are not admitted. A spectator may be asked to leave if they disrupt the performance or violate theatre rules.

Use the entrance next to the revolving doors. Staff will assist you, and you can reach your seat via elevator.
